At approximately 12:36 p.m., on Monday, Jan. 30, Atlantic City patrol were dispatched to the first block of north Missouri Avenue after police communications received a 911 call from a female reporting that she was being chased by a male with a gun who was driving a silver Chevy Equinox.

Moments later, police communications received a second 911 call from a concerned citizen who witnessed two females in a fight at the corner of Missouri and Atlantic Avenues. The victim was located safely by the officers inside the residence.

Molley, 52, of Mays Landing, was charged with aggravated assault, criminal restraint and weapons charges, police said.

Hernandez, 29, of Tuckerton, was charged with assault and criminal restraint, police said.
